Men’s Cross Country: Fierros 131st, Eastly 138th at State Championships in Fresno

Long Beach City College freshman Anthony Fierros finished in 131st place and sophomore Alex Eastly took 138th place out of 217 runners on Saturday at the 2010 California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) Cross Country Championships in Fresno.

Fierros cleared the four-mile course at Woodward Park with a time of 22:23.86. Eastly, a late addition as an alternate for LBCC, clocked in at 22:26.85.

San Bernardino Valley College won its fifth straight state title, scoring 78 points. David Cardona of El Camino College won the individual title with a time of 19:56.63.
