Women's Soccer Reveals 2021 Schedule

Long Beach, Calif. - Monday is the first official practice date for fall sports, and the women's soccer program is revealing its 2021 schedule.

Women's soccer opens its 2021 campaign with three scrimmages against Marymount University, San Diego City College, and MiraCosta College. The team's season opener will be at Miramar College on Friday, Aug. 27 at 10 a.m.

The Vikings host Saddleback in their season opener on Friday, Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. after a pair of non-conference road matches at San Diego Mesa (Aug. 31) and Fullerton (Sept. 3). LBCC wraps up its non-conference slate on the road at Golden West (Sept. 14), Chaffey (Sept. 17), Pierce (Sept. 21), and LA Valley (Sept. 24). 

Nine South Coast Conference matches ensue before the annual SCC Tournament with the championship matchup being held at El Camino College on Friday, Nov. 12.

The Vikings returned to the postseason in 2019 for the first time since 2013, finishing the season 14-6 overall, 6-2 in the South Coast Conference. The team was edged by Cerritos in the first round of playoffs, 2-1.
