3C2A State Cross Country Championships – Race Recap
The Long Beach City College Cross Country program closed out its season with strong performances at the 3C2A State Championships in Fresno, highlighted by an 11th-place team finish for the women and a competitive showing from the men, who placed 24th overall against the top teams in California.
Women's Team – 11th Overall
The Viking women delivered one of their best collective efforts of the season, finishing just outside the top 10 in the state. They were led by standout sophomore Itzel Aguilar, who capped off an impressive season with a 28th-place individual finish in 19:14.31, earning 2nd Team All-State honors.
