The men's soccer team tied the Rio Hondo Roadrunners 1-1 on Tuesday afternoon at the Viking Soccer Field. This is the Vikings' fourth tie of the season, which brings them 11-4-4 overall and 3-2-1 in the South Coast Conference.
The battle began in the first half, where both sides remained scoreless after fighting tirelessly defensively. Sophomore goalkeeper Andres Figueroa-Flores totaled six saves with seven shots on goal in ninety minutes of pure effort.
